Description of Electric Control System
Our electric control systems are designed per to the complicated working conditions of transport refrigeration, which is easy for operation, with advanced control technology, high detection accuracy and rich setting programs.
The electric control system include in:
▲ Controller
▲ Relay Box
▲ Wires
According to different demands, customers can choose the right match electric control system for your transport refrigeration units. It can apply on all types of transport refrigeration units, such as chiller units, freezer units, roof top mounted units and split units.
Refrigeration unit controller operating instructions
- Microcomputer controller specifications and panel control instructions
1.1、Specifications
Power supply voltage: DC: +12v/24v temperature display range: – 35 ℃ ~ +60 ℃
Temperature display accuracy: 0.1 ℃ temperature setting range: 35 ℃ ~ +60 ℃
1.2、Function description of control panel keys
- On off operation
When the main power supply system and engine system are working, press the “on / off key” for a short time to start the operation of the refrigeration unit system and complete the startup.
When the refrigeration unit is running, long press the “on / off” key, the temperature display area displays “off”, stop all output, the refrigeration unit stops running, and the shutdown is completed.
- Set the temperature in the box for operation
Under the normal operation of the system, the set temperature can be changed by operating “up” or “down”. In the “display area”, the upper layer displays the temperature of the reservoir, and the lower part displays the current set temperature. The “box” logo and “set” icon are on.
- Manual defrosting operation
When the system is in the refrigeration state, and the defrosting temperature is lower than the set defrosting temperature, long press the “defrost key” for more than 2S, the defrosting sign will be on, and the system will enter the defrosting state.
- Parameter viewing operation
Under the normal operation of the system, when the temperature shows the temperature in the box, short press the “view key” to query the power supply voltage, set the temperature, defrost temperature and operation time.
- Operating time display
Time mark” when pressing the view key, it can be seen as the normal operation time of the unit (from the start-up to the current time, unit: H)
- Refrigeration function
When the system is in normal operation, when the set temperature is lower than the temperature in the box, the controller operates refrigeration, and the refrigeration mark is on. When the temperature in the box drops to the set temperature, the refrigeration mark starts to flash. When the temperature in the box rises to the set temperature plus the refrigeration
When refrigeration, the output signals are: compressor signal, evaporation fan signal, evaporation fan PWM speed control signal, condensation fan signal.
Note: when the temperature sensor in the box fails, the set temperature is lower than 0 ℃, and the system will operate for refrigeration.
- Heating function
Note: during heating operation, the heating temperature difference parameter (E3) should be set in non “off” state.
The system operates normally. When the set temperature is higher than the temperature in the box, the controller operates heating and the heating sign is on. When the temperature in the box rises to the set temperature, the heating sign starts flashing. When the temperature in the box drops to the set temperature minus the heating temperature difference (E3), the controller operates heating output.
During heating, the output signals are: compressor signal, evaporation fan signal, defrost solenoid valve signal (if the condensation fan needs to run, please set the advanced parameter
“H15” to on).
Note: 1. When the temperature sensor in the box fails, the set temperature is higher than 0 ℃, and the system runs heating.
- If the heating temperature difference (E3) is set to off, the heating function is turned off.
- Defrost function
When the system is running for refrigeration, when the defrosting interval (E1) or manual defrosting is reached, and the defrosting temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the system will execute defrosting, and the defrosting indicator will be on. When the defrosting temperature is higher than the defrosting stop temperature (E4) or the defrosting execution time (H1), the system will stop defrosting.
When defrosting, the output signals are: compressor signal, defrosting solenoid valve signal.
There is no defrost valve in the fresh-keeping unit, and E1 is generally off by default.
- Water dripping function
After defrosting, the system will automatically enter the dripping function, and the defrosting indicator will flash. When the dripping time reaches the set dripping time (H2), the system will stop dripping and enter the refrigeration or refrigeration waiting operation.
When dripping, there is no output signal.
- Alarm function
When the system fails, the corresponding fault icon will light up in the upper right corner of the display area of the controller, and the corresponding fault code will appear in the “running time / fault code display area” (see the table below for details). The buzzer will prompt for 1 minute, and the buzzer will prompt again after 10 minutes, so as to cycle until the fault is eliminated.
- Display brightness adjustment function
When the system is on, the advanced parameter “H16” is set to “aut”, and the controller will adjust the brightness and shade of the display screen according to the actual light. For example, the advanced parameter “H16” is set to “1-3”, and the controller will no longer automatically adjust the brightness and shade of the display screen.
2. Parameter setting
Long press the “set” key for more than 2S, the temperature display area displays “E1”, operate the “up” or “down” key to select the parameter options to be set, short press the “set” key to enter the setting parameters, and operate the “up” or “down” key to set advanced parameters
